It's really simple to do. Just take an image with a white background to IM. Example Go to FX and in the Parameter box type in 0x90+25+25. Click the button next to Vignette. Scroll down the page and in the box under Background Color and type in a color name or Hex# of your choice. I used mediumpurple1 for this. Scroll up and click the Effect button. And you're done.
